Chandler’s life changed as a young teen in a flash at an intersection. He has thus been in a chair for many years now. Chandler loves fishing and hiking and the outdoors. As we get to know Chandler, we sort of recognize he is more of a team guy. He plays on Shepherd Center’s Basketball team, and is also excelling at Tennis. He is an outstanding young man who is also active in community service.
